Doors are open 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after each class.
All classes are beginners friendly and suitable for all level.  In fact, 45% of students in a given class are beginners. Following is our general class offerings:

CLASSES

It doesn't matter who you are or your physical condition, you can always practice yoga!

​Following are three types of classes we offer:

90-MINUTE CLASSIC BEGINNING YOGA CLASS

All classes are beginners friendly and suitable for all levels. 

This is the classic original, authentic Bikram Beginners' Series. 90 minutes of moving meditation in a hot room. Remember all you need to practice yoga is a spine! In your class you will find students of all shapes, ages and abilities. We all practice and grow together in the hot room, no matter how long you have been coming or if you are new. 


60-MINUTE BEGINNERS HOT YOGA CLASS

This is a shorter version of the same Bikram Hot Yoga class introduced to those who can only allocate an hour. This class is still in the Bikram tradition of the classic 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. We just do fewer sets for some postures. 

INFERNO HOT PILATES AND HOT PILATES

Inferno Hot Pilates is high intensity interval training (HIIT) using pilates techniques in a hot room. The class focuses on form and control to create long, lean muscle mass. It then combines the Tabata principle of high intensity intervals followed by periods of rest to create an after burn effect that increases your metabolism long after the class has finished. Students will get a full body workout beginning with core work and eventually incorporating a cardiovascular, lower body and upper body focus.Suitable for beginners and if you wish to lose weight fast and get super toned.  

This class is always offered on Saturdays 11 am.  We will also schedule other classes through out the month.  This shall be announced via facebook, email and the class shall be posted online on for you to register.  Please follow us on facebook to stay notified.  

Prepaid registration required for all pop up Inferno Pilates class that shall be announced via facebook.
