Since many of you have been asking for a while and many practitioners like to practice both Hot Pilates and Bikram, we decided to open up our space for Pilates classes as well.
To those wondering what this is all about, Inferno Hot Pilates is high intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates techniques in a hot room. The class focuses on form and control to create long, lean muscle mass. It then combines the Tabata principle of high intensity intervals followed by periods of rest to create an after burn effect that increases your metabolism long after the class has finished. Students will get a full body workout beginning with core work and eventually incorporating a cardiovascular, lower body and upper body focus.
No special attire or preparation required. Just like your Hot Yoga class, bring a mat, towel and your favorite yoga wear. Class is designed for all levels and everybody can take this class for a full body core workout.
